Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all individuals who interact with our platform, in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Data Controller

Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for all data collected through this platform. We determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

Scope

This notice applies to all personal data collected through our fan registration platform, including data provided during sign-up and any subsequent interactions.

• Email address
• City or geographic area
• Team preference (one of our eight Islandball franchises)
• Referral code (if used)
• Registration source

Lawful Basis — Consent

Under Section 12(a) of the Data Privacy Act, we process your personal data based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent as indicated at the time of registration.

Purpose of Data Use

• To send game announcements, event updates, and promotional offers via email
• To manage your fan registration and referral code
• To analyze regional fan interest for event planning
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations

Data Minimization

We only collect data that is necessary for the stated purposes. We do not require sensitive personal information as defined under the Data Privacy Act.

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Object — object to processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format

Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, in accordance with Section 20 of the Data Privacy Act.

Data Breach Protocol

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery, as required by law.

Retention Period

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, or as required by applicable Philippine laws. Upon request, your data will be securely deleted.
