By accessing or registering on the Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
This platform is a fan registration and engagement site for exhibition basketball events organized by Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG). It allows fans to register their team support, receive updates, and participate in referral programs.
By completing the registration form, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG), including but not limited to game announcements, ticket information, merchandise offers, and promotional content. You may opt out at any time.
Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral code. This code may be shared with others. When a new fan registers using your referral code, you receive one referral credit toward the monthly leaderboard and prize tiers (Bronze: 5+ referrals = ₱200; Silver: 10+ = ₱500; Gold: 20+ = ₱1,000; Platinum: 50+ = ₱2,500).
Monthly Reset — No Carry-Over. Referral counts reset to zero on the first day of each calendar month. Past referrals do not count toward future prizes. Referrals accumulated in one month cannot be carried over, rolled over, or applied to any subsequent month's prize cycle under any circumstances.
How It Works. Referrals made during a given calendar month count only toward that month's leaderboard and the corresponding prize awards. For example, referrals made in July count toward the July leaderboard and are eligible for August prize awards only — they will not be counted again in August or any later month. Each calendar month is a completely fresh and independent competition. Fans must refer new, first-time registrants each month to earn prizes for that month.
Prize Awards. Prizes are awarded based solely on referrals made in the preceding month. Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) reserves the right to modify prize amounts, tier thresholds, or discontinue the referral program at any time at its sole discretion.
To protect the integrity of the referral program and ensure fair competition for all fans, the following rules are strictly enforced:
Consequences of Violation. Violation of any provision in this Section may result in, without limitation: invalidation of fraudulent referrals, disqualification from the referral program, forfeiture of any earned or pending prizes, permanent ban from the platform, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement. Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred. Flagged registrations may be reviewed and invalidated at any time, including after prizes have been awarded.
You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute spam, or to misrepresent your identity. Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) reserves the right to remove any registration at its sole discretion.
By submitting any application, registration, photograph, video, audio recording, audition tape, curriculum vitae, or any other content or data to Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG), its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and related entities (collectively, "Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG)" or "the Company"), you irrevocably agree to the following terms:
7.1 Data Retention. The Company shall retain all submitted data, information, documents, images, photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings (collectively, "Submitted Materials") permanently or for such period as the Company determines in its sole discretion. You acknowledge that Submitted Materials will not be deleted, returned, or destroyed at your request, and that no expectation of privacy or confidentiality exists with respect to any Submitted Materials once submitted to the Company.
7.2 Grant of Rights. You hereby grant to Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, broadcast, stream, publish, display, perform, edit, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit all Submitted Materials, and your name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any other personally identifiable information contained therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for any and all purposes, including but not limited to historical, archival, promotional, marketing, advertising, commercial, educational, entertainment, and editorial purposes.
7.3 Unrestricted Use. The Company may use, reuse, and repurpose all Submitted Materials and associated data in any manner and through any medium it sees fit, in its sole and absolute discretion, without any further consent, notice, or compensation to you or any third party. This includes, without limitation, use in broadcast and streaming content, social media, websites, print materials, documentaries, highlight reels, promotional campaigns, merchandise, sponsorships, advertisements, and any other commercial or non-commercial content produced by or on behalf of the Company.
7.4 Audio, Video & Image Release. You acknowledge and agree that the Company and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, audio record, and video record you during any tryout, audition, event, game, appearance, or interaction with the Company. You irrevocably consent to such recording and waive any right to inspect or approve any finished or unfinished product, recording, or derivative work in which you may appear. You release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of such recordings, including without limitation claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, false light, misappropriation of likeness, or violation of right of publicity.
7.5 Historical & Promotional Use. You expressly acknowledge that Submitted Materials, including audition tapes, performance recordings, photographs, and application data, may be used by the Company for historical documentation of the organization and its activities, as well as for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes. This includes use in retrospective content, anniversary materials, documentary features, "behind the scenes" content, and any other historical or promotional context the Company deems appropriate.
7.6 No Compensation. You acknowledge that no monetary compensation, royalty, residual, or other consideration will be provided in connection with the use of Submitted Materials or your likeness, image, voice, or data as described in this section. The consideration for this grant of rights is your opportunity to be considered for employment, tryout, audition, or participation in Company activities, which you acknowledge as adequate and sufficient.
7.7 Waiver & Release. You hereby waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all moral rights, droit moral, and similar rights you may have in or to any Submitted Materials. You further waive any right to enjoin or restrain the Company's use of Submitted Materials. You release, acquit, and forever discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and causes of action of any kind arising from or related to the Company's use of Submitted Materials or your likeness, image, voice, or data as described herein.
7.8 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your submission of materials that infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or from any breach of the representations and warranties you make under these Terms.
7.9 Representations & Warranties. You represent and warrant that: (a) all Submitted Materials are your original work or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit them; (b) the Submitted Materials do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity; (c) you are at least 18 years of age, or if under 18, have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf; and (d) all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
All content on this platform, including team names, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
This platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or availability of content. Event details including dates, venues, and lineups are subject to change without notice.
Eejuhs Sports & Entertainment Group (ESEG) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
